After the uninstall process, the application leaves leftovers on the PC. Some of these are listed below.

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\uTorrent

Additional registry values that you should remove:

A way to delete µTorrent from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

µTorrent is a program marketed by the software company BitTorrent Inc.. Sometimes, users choose to uninstall this application. Take the following steps on how to do this:

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate µTorrent or simply click the Search field and type in "µTorrent". The µTorrent app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select µTorrent in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove µTorrent.


8. After uninstalling µTorrent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong µTorrent which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
