Some files and registry entries are usually left behind when you remove µTorrent.

A way to uninstall µTorrent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find µTorrent or simply click the Search feature and type in "µTorrent". If it is installed on your PC the µTorrent app will be found automatically. Notice that after you select µTorrent in the list of programs, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about µTorrent, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".

• Details about the program you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall µTorrent.


8. After removing µTorrent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong µTorrent which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling µTorrent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
