Generally the following registry keys will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_CURRENT_UserName\Software\ESTsoft\ALFTP
• HKEY_CURRENT_UserName\Software\ESTsoft\ALUpdate\ALFTP
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ESTsoft\ALFTP
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ALFTP_is1

Use regedit.exe to delete the following additional values from the Windows Registry:
