Note that you might receive a notification for administrator rights. AMD Software's primary file takes about 46.16 MB (48403160 bytes) and is called AMDSoftwareInstaller.exe.

A way to delete AMD Software from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AMD Software is an application offered by the software company Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because performing this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best SIMPLE solution to uninstall AMD Software is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find AMD Software or simply click the Search field and type in "AMD Software". If it is installed on your PC the AMD Software program will be found very quickly. After you select AMD Software in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding AMD Software, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for AMD Software:

• The software company is: http://support.amd.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\AMD\CIM\BIN64\AMDSoftwareInstaller.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove AMD Software.


8. After removing AMD Software, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of AMD Software that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing AMD Software using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
