After the uninstall process, the application leaves leftovers on the PC. Part_A few of these are shown below.

The files below remain on your disk by ATK Package's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\IObit\IObit Uninstaller\Log\ATK Package.history
• C:\Windows\Installer\{AB5C933E-5C7D-4D30-B314-9C83A49B94BE}\_294823.exe

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

Registry values that are not removed from your computer:

A way to erase ATK Package from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ATK Package is a program by ASUS. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase it. This can be easier said than done because doing this manually requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. The best QUICK action to erase ATK Package is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find ATK Package or simply click the Search feature and type in "ATK Package". The ATK Package application will be found automatically. After you click ATK Package in the list of applications, the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about ATK Package, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for ATK Package:

• The software company is: http://www.asus.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{AB5C933E-5C7D-4D30-B314-9C83A49B94BE}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall ATK Package.


8. After uninstalling ATK Package, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of ATK Package that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing ATK Package with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
