How to uninstall AVG 2011 from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG 2011 is a program released by AVG Technologies. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall this program. This is easier said than done because removing this manually requires some knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best EASY action to uninstall AVG 2011 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find AVG 2011 or simply activate the Search feature and type in "AVG 2011". If it is installed on your PC the AVG 2011 app will be found very quickly. After you select AVG 2011 in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is available to you:

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove AVG 2011.


8. After removing AVG 2011, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of AVG 2011 which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling AVG 2011 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
