If you're planning to uninstall AVG you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

How to uninstall AVG from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG is an application offered by the software company AVG Technologies. Sometimes, people decide to remove this program. This can be efortful because removing this by hand takes some experience related to Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE solution to remove AVG is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find AVG or simply click the Search feature and type in "AVG". The AVG application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click AVG in the list of applications, the following information about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about AVG, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".

8. After removing AVG, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong AVG that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing AVG using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
