A way to uninstall AVG from your computer

How to uninstall AVG from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG is a program marketed by the software company AVG Technologies. Some computer users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE practice to uninstall AVG is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate AVG or simply click the Search field and type in "AVG". The AVG program will be found very quickly. When you click AVG in the list of programs, the following information about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about AVG, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove AVG.


8. After removing AVG, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong AVG that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling AVG using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
