How to uninstall AVG from your system

How to delete AVG with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AVG is an application marketed by the software company AVG Technologies. Sometimes, computer users try to remove this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because uninstalling this manually requires some skill regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE practice to remove AVG is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find AVG or simply activate the Search field and type in "AVG". The AVG program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select AVG in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding AVG, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall AVG.


8. After uninstalling AVG, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of AVG which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing AVG using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
