A guide to uninstall Ad-Aware from your computer

Ad-Aware is a software application. A way to erase Ad-Aware from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Ad-Aware is a program released by the software company Lavasoft. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase this application. Sometimes this can be hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE approach to erase Ad-Aware is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Ad-Aware or simply activate the Search field and type in "Ad-Aware". If it exists on your system the Ad-Aware app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Ad-Aware in the list , some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Ad-Aware, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Ad-Aware.


8. After uninstalling Ad-Aware, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Ad-Aware which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing Ad-Aware using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
