A guide to uninstall AdGuard from your PC

Keep in mind that you might be prompted for administrator rights. Adguard.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 6.98 MB (7323160 bytes) on disk.

A way to remove AdGuard with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AdGuard is a program released by Adguard Software Limited. Frequently, computer users decide to remove this application. This is troublesome because doing this by hand requires some skill regarding removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK manner to remove AdGuard is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find AdGuard or simply activate the Search feature and type in "AdGuard". If it is installed on your PC the AdGuard application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select AdGuard in the list of apps, the following data about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about AdGuard, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for AdGuard:

• The publisher is: https://adguard.com
• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{34C8430B-F45C-476C-951C-1CB99B698563}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove AdGuard.


8. After removing AdGuard, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong AdGuard that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling AdGuard with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
