Following the uninstall process, the application leaves leftovers on the PC. Some of these are shown below.

You should delete the folders below after you uninstall AnyDesk:
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk

Usually, the following files are left on disk:

  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk\connection_trace.txt
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk\global_cache\device-id.cache
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk\service.conf
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk\system.conf
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk\thumbnails\9172380bcc47583d.png
  • C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\AnyDesk\user.conf

Registry that is not removed:

How to delete AnyDesk from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

AnyDesk is a program marketed by the software company AnyDesk Software GmbH. Some computer users choose to uninstall it.   • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the applications installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find AnyDesk or simply activate the Search feature and type in "AnyDesk". If it exists on your system the AnyDesk app will be found very quickly. When you select AnyDesk in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding AnyDesk, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove AnyDesk.

8. After uninstalling AnyDesk, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong AnyDesk which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing AnyDesk using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
