3. Press the General Tools button

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Apex Reports or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Apex Reports". If it exists on your system the Apex Reports application will be found automatically. After you select Apex Reports in the list , some data regarding the program is made available to you:
