When planning to uninstall Arduino you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Directories that were left behind:

A way to delete Arduino with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Arduino or simply activate the Search field and type in "Arduino". The Arduino app will be found automatically. When you select Arduino in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Arduino, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Arduino.

8. After removing Arduino, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Arduino which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
