A way to delete BitTorrent using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

BitTorrent is an application by the software company BitTorrent Inc.. Frequently, people decide to uninstall it. This is difficult because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY way to uninstall BitTorrent is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to clean your PC.

• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate BitTorrent or simply activate the Search field and type in "BitTorrent". If it is installed on your PC the BitTorrent application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click BitTorrent in the list , the following data about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about BitTorrent, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for BitTorrent:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\BitTorrent\BitTorrent.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove BitTorrent.


8. After uninstalling BitTorrent, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong BitTorrent that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling BitTorrent with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
