3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Bootstrapper or simply click the Search field and type in "Bootstrapper". If it exists on your system the Bootstrapper app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click Bootstrapper in the list of programs, some data about the program is shown to you:
