How to uninstall Box from your system

Box is a software application. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for administrator rights. Box's main file takes around 5.52 MB (5790840 bytes) and is called Box.exe.

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Program Files\Box\Box\
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\BoxSyncUpdateService\ImagePath

How to uninstall Box using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Box is a program offered by the software company Box, Inc.. Some people choose to erase it. This is difficult because performing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE manner to erase Box is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Box or simply click the Search field and type in "Box". If it is installed on your PC the Box program will be found automatically. When you click Box in the list , the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding Box, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall Box.


8. After uninstalling Box, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Box which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
