A guide to uninstall Brave from your computer

Brave is a Windows program. Read below about how to uninstall it from your PC. The Windows version was developed by Les auteurs de Brave. Further information on Les auteurs de Brave can be found here. Usually the Brave application is to be found in the C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application directory, depending on the user's option during install. You can uninstall Brave by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\Application\132.1.74.51\Installer\setup.exe. Keep in mind that you might receive a notification for admin rights. The application's main executable file is titled brave.exe and its approximative size is 2.79 MB (2923536 bytes).

A way to delete Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Brave is an application offered by Les auteurs de Brave. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this application. This can be hard because removing this manually takes some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY way to remove Brave is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows system.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Brave or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Brave". The Brave application will be found automatically. When you select Brave in the list of applications, the following information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Brave, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Brave.


8. After uninstalling Brave, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong Brave which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Brave with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
