A way to uninstall CMake from your PC

You can uninstall CMake by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line MsiExec.exe /X{260B2CA6-3888-4682-9142-BB27DA6E1ADB}. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for admin rights. cmake.exe is the programs's main file and it takes around 7.98 MB (8363664 bytes) on disk.
CMake installs the following the executables on your PC, occupying about 44.07 MB (
46206672 bytes) on disk.

How to delete CMake with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
CMake is an application marketed by Kitware. Frequently, people decide to erase this application. Sometimes this is difficult because doing this by hand requires some knowledge related to PCs. The best SIMPLE procedure to erase CMake is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your PC.
DOWNLOAD NOW- navigate to Download Link
- download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.
3. Click on the General Tools category
4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool
5. All the programs existing on your computer will appear
6. Scroll the list of programs until you find CMake or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CMake". If it is installed on your PC the CMake app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click CMake in the list , some information about the application is made available to you:
- Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about CMake, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
- Technical information about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
For instance you can see that for CMake:
- The publisher is: https://cmake.org
- The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /X{260B2CA6-3888-4682-9142-BB27DA6E1ADB}
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CMake.
8. After removing CMake, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong CMake which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing CMake with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
