A way to uninstall CMake from your computer
CMake is a Windows application. Read more about how to uninstall it from your PC. It was coded for Windows by

https://cmake.org. CMake is typically set up in the C:\Program Files\CMake folder, regulated by the user's choice. You can uninstall CMake by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line MsiExec.exe /X{4C0CB75A-2038-4DCD-BEF3-F250ADAD9328}. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for admin rights. The program's main executable file occupies 5.16 MB (5413376 bytes) on disk and is titled cmake.exe.
CMake is comprised of the following executables which take 21.85 MB (
22908928 bytes) on disk:

- cmake.exe (5.16 MB)
- cmcldeps.exe (505.50 KB)
- cpack.exe (5.21 MB)

Use regedit.exe to remove the following additional registry values from the Windows Registry:- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\A57BC0C48302DCD4EB3F2F05DADA3982\ProductName
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\WINDOWS\Installer\{4C0CB75A-2038-4DCD-BEF3-F250ADAD9328}\
A way to erase CMake with Advanced Uninstaller PRO
CMake is an application released by the software company Kitware. Some computer users try to erase this application. Sometimes this can be efortful because performing this manually takes some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY practice to erase CMake is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

- download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
- install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.
3. Click on the General Tools button
4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature
5. A list of the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you
6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate CMake or simply click the Search feature and type in "CMake". If it exists on your system the CMake program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click CMake in the list , the following information about the application is available to you:
- Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about CMake, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
- Technical information about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CMake.
8. After uninstalling CMake, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong CMake that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling CMake with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
