How to erase CMake with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CMake is a program by the software company Kitware. Sometimes, people want to erase this application. This can be difficult because deleting this by hand requires some experience related to removing Windows programs manually. One of the best QUICK manner to erase CMake is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find CMake or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CMake". If it is installed on your PC the CMake application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select CMake in the list of apps, the following data about the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other users have about CMake, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CMake.

8. After uninstalling CMake, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong CMake that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing CMake with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
