How to remove CapCut with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CapCut is a program marketed by the software company Bytedance Pte. Ltd.. Frequently, users try to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is easier said than done because uninstalling this manually takes some knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE approach to uninstall CapCut is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find CapCut or simply click the Search feature and type in "CapCut". The CapCut program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select CapCut in the list of programs, some data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding CapCut, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for CapCut:

• The publisher is: www.capcut.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\CapCut\Apps\uninst.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove CapCut.


8. After removing CapCut, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong CapCut which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing CapCut using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
