A way to delete Carbonite from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is a program marketed by Carbonite. Sometimes, people try to erase it. This is difficult because doing this by hand requires some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best EASY approach to erase Carbonite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows PC.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Carbonite or simply click the Search feature and type in "Carbonite". The Carbonite app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Carbonite in the list , some data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Carbonite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Carbonite:

• The publisher is: www.carbonite.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\CarboniteSetup.exe /remove

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Carbonite.


8. After uninstalling Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Carbonite which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
