A way to remove CheckDrive from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CheckDrive is a program offered by Abelssoft. Sometimes, computer users try to erase it. This can be hard because performing this manually takes some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. 3. Click on the General Tools category

5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate CheckDrive or simply activate the Search feature and type in "CheckDrive". If it exists on your system the CheckDrive app will be found automatically. When you select CheckDrive in the list of applications, the following information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about CheckDrive, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for CheckDrive:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckDrive\unins000.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove CheckDrive.


8. After removing CheckDrive, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of CheckDrive that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling CheckDrive using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
