A way to uninstall Config Advisor from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
Config Advisor is a program marketed by NetApp. Some people choose to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is hard because deleting this by hand takes some know-how related to Windows program uninstallation. The best EASY procedure to uninstall Config Advisor is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:
1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.
DOWNLOAD NOW- go to Download Link
- download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
- set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.
3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Config Advisor or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Config Advisor". If it is installed on your PC the Config Advisor application will be found very quickly. After you click Config Advisor in the list , some information about the program is made available to you:
- Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Config Advisor, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
- Technical information about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
For example you can see that for Config Advisor:
- The publisher is: http://www.netapp.com
- The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\ConfigAdvisor\uninst.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Config Advisor.

8. After uninstalling Config Advisor, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Config Advisor that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Config Advisor using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
