3. Press the General Tools category
4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature
5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear
6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Credant EMS or simply activate the Search field and type in "Credant EMS". The Credant EMS app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Credant EMS in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is shown to you:
