You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be cleaned; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\9EBDE6F5-EAE6-4326-A3A1-DEAA29F32D1D_BackupAndRecovery

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\C:\Program Files\BackupClient\CyberProtect\
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\AcronisCyberProtectionService\ImagePath

How to erase Cyber Protect with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Cyber Protect is a program released by the software company Acronis. Some users want to remove this program. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best QUICK manner to remove Cyber Protect is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Cyber Protect or simply click the Search feature and type in "Cyber Protect". The Cyber Protect app will be found very quickly. When you select Cyber Protect in the list of apps, the following information about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have about Cyber Protect, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Cyber Protect:

• The software company is: https://www.acronis.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\Uninstaller.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Cyber Protect.


8. After removing Cyber Protect, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Cyber Protect that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Cyber Protect using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
