A guide to uninstall DAS from your computer

This page contains detailed information on how to uninstall DAS for Windows. It was developed for Windows by Infineon Technologies AG. More information about Infineon Technologies AG can be seen here. Usually the DAS program is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\DAS directory, depending on the user's option during setup. The full command line for uninstalling DAS is C:\ProgramData\{7D57D591-7991-4D55-9F28-7F9130451D13}\setup.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. The application's main executable file has a size of 428.50 KB (438784 bytes) on disk and is named das_perfmeter.exe.

A way to erase DAS from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DAS is a program offered by Infineon Technologies AG. Sometimes, computer users decide to remove this program. Sometimes this is hard because deleting this manually requires some experience regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE way to remove DAS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate DAS or simply click the Search feature and type in "DAS". If it is installed on your PC the DAS application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click DAS in the list of applications, the following data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have about DAS, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall DAS.


8. After removing DAS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of DAS that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling DAS with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to serve you properly.
