How to remove DB2 Run-Time Client from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

DB2 Run-Time Client is a program by IBM. Some computer users try to erase this program. This is troublesome because removing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best QUICK approach to erase DB2 Run-Time Client is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate DB2 Run-Time Client or simply click the Search feature and type in "DB2 Run-Time Client". If it exists on your system the DB2 Run-Time Client app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select DB2 Run-Time Client in the list of applications, the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding DB2 Run-Time Client, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove DB2 Run-Time Client.


8. After uninstalling DB2 Run-Time Client, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong DB2 Run-Time Client which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling DB2 Run-Time Client with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
