6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ERAInstall or simply click the Search field and type in "ERAInstall". The ERAInstall application will be found very quickly. After you click ERAInstall in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is available to you:

All the items of ERAInstall which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
