How to delete FastQC from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

FastQC is an application released by Gene Codes Corporation. Some users try to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill related to removing Windows programs manually. 3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate FastQC or simply activate the Search field and type in "FastQC". The FastQC program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click FastQC in the list of programs, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about FastQC, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove FastQC.


8. After uninstalling FastQC, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong FastQC which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling FastQC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
