A considerable amount of files, folders and Windows registry data can not be deleted when you are trying to remove Fiddler from your computer.

The files below were left behind on your disk by Fiddler's application uninstaller when you removed it:

• C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Fiddler4.lnk

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following data will not be removed; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.saz
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Fiddler.ArchiveZip
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Fiddler2
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telerik\Fiddler

Open regedit.exe to delete the values below from the Windows Registry:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Fiddler.ArchiveZip\DefaultIcon\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Fiddler.ArchiveZip\Shell\Open &in Viewer\command\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Fiddler.ArchiveZip\Shell\Open\command\
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Fiddler2\DisplayIcon

A way to erase Fiddler from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
