How to uninstall Fiddler from your PC

A way to uninstall Fiddler using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Fiddler is an application offered by the software company Telerik. Some users want to remove this program. Sometimes this can be hard because doing this by hand requires some experience regarding PCs. One of the best EASY practice to remove Fiddler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Fiddler or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Fiddler". The Fiddler program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Fiddler in the list of programs, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Fiddler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Fiddler:

• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Fiddler2\uninst.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Fiddler.


8. After uninstalling Fiddler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Fiddler which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
