If planning to uninstall GOM Player you should check if the following data is left behind on your PC.

The files below were left behind on your disk when you remove GOM Player:

• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\GOM Player.lnk
• C:\UserNames\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\GOM Player.lnk

Usually the following registry keys will not be cleaned:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DVD\shell\Play with GOM Player

A way to erase GOM Player from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GOM Player is an application released by the software company GOM & Company. Some users decide to uninstall this application. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find GOM Player or simply activate the Search field and type in "GOM Player". If it exists on your system the GOM Player program will be found automatically. When you select GOM Player in the list , the following data about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about GOM Player, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for GOM Player:

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GOM Player.


8. After uninstalling GOM Player, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong GOM Player that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing GOM Player using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
