How to uninstall GeoGebra from your computer

A way to delete GeoGebra from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GeoGebra is a program released by International GeoGebra Institute. Some people choose to uninstall this application. This can be difficult because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY manner to uninstall GeoGebra is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find GeoGebra or simply click the Search feature and type in "GeoGebra". If it exists on your system the GeoGebra application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click GeoGebra in the list , some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding GeoGebra, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for GeoGebra:

• The software company is: http://www.geogebra.org/
• The uninstall string is: "C:\Program Files\GeoGebra\uninstaller.exe"

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GeoGebra.


8. After removing GeoGebra, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of GeoGebra that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
