A way to erase GitHub with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GitHub is a program by the software company AVG\Browser. Sometimes, users want to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be hard because uninstalling this by hand requires some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK practice to uninstall GitHub is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general tool to take care of your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find GitHub or simply activate the Search feature and type in "GitHub". If it is installed on your PC the GitHub program will be found automatically. After you select GitHub in the list , the following data regarding the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding GitHub, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove GitHub.

8. After uninstalling GitHub, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of GitHub that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing GitHub using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
