How to uninstall Google Chrome from your PC

Google Chrome is a Windows program. Read below about how to remove it from your computer. The Windows version was created by Google LLC. Check out here for more info on Google LLC. Google Chrome is usually installed in the C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application directory, however this location can differ a lot depending on the user's choice while installing the program. C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\123.0.6312.107\Installer\setup.exe is the full command line if you want to uninstall Google Chrome. chrome.exe is the Google Chrome's primary executable file and it takes approximately 2.64 MB (2773280 bytes) on disk.

Google Chrome is comprised of the following executables which occupy 15.94 MB (16712160 bytes) on disk:

  • chrome.exe (2.64 MB)
  • chrome_proxy.exe (1.03 MB)
  • chrome_pwa_launcher.exe (1.32 MB)
  • elevation_service.exe (1.59 MB)
  • notification_helper.exe (1.25 MB)

How to delete Google Chrome from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is a program by Google LLC. Some users try to uninstall this application. 3. Press the General Tools category

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Google Chrome or simply click the Search field and type in "Google Chrome". If it is installed on your PC the Google Chrome program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select Google Chrome in the list of applications, some data about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Google Chrome, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Google Chrome.

8. After removing Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Google Chrome that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
