A way to uninstall Google Chrome from your computer

Google Chrome is a Windows application. Keep in mind that this location can differ being determined by the user's preference. Google Chrome's entire uninstall command line is C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\96.0.4664.45\Installer\setup.exe. chrome.exe is the Google Chrome's main executable file and it takes close to 2.40 MB (2515800 bytes) on disk.

How to uninstall Google Chrome from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is a program by Google MMC. Some computer users want to uninstall it. This can be efortful because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. 2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Google Chrome or simply click the Search field and type in "Google Chrome". If it exists on your system the Google Chrome program will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Google Chrome in the list of applications, the following information about the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about Google Chrome, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Google Chrome.

8. After removing Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup.
