A way to uninstall Google Chrome from your system

Google Chrome is a Windows application. Read below about how to remove it from your PC. The Windows release was developed by Google MMC. More information on Google MMC can be seen here. Google Chrome is typically set up in the C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application directory, however this location may differ a lot depending on the user's decision when installing the application. The full command line for uninstalling Google Chrome is C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\87.0.4280.66\Installer\setup.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may get a notification for administrator rights. chrome.exe is the Google Chrome's main executable file and it occupies circa 2.14 MB (2242032 bytes) on disk.

The executables below are part of Google Chrome. They take about 11.82 MB (12391824 bytes) on disk.

How to erase Google Chrome from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is a program released by the software company Google MMC. Some users try to remove it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because removing this manually takes some advanced knowledge related to Windows internal functioning. 3. Press the General Tools button

5. All the applications installed on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Google Chrome or simply activate the Search field and type in "Google Chrome". The Google Chrome program will be found very quickly. After you select Google Chrome in the list of apps, the following data about the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Google Chrome, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall Google Chrome.
