How to uninstall Google Chrome from your system

Google Chrome is a software application. This page contains details on how to remove it from your PC. It is developed by Google LLC. Additional info about Google LLC can be read here. The application is frequently located in the C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application folder (same installation drive as Windows). The full uninstall command line for Google Chrome is C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\132.0.6834.159\Installer\setup.exe. Google Chrome's main file takes about 2.83 MB (2970720 bytes) and is called chrome.exe.

Google Chrome is comprised of the following executables which take 22.53 MB (23619424 bytes) on disk:

A way to erase Google Chrome with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is a program by the software company Google LLC. Sometimes, people want to remove this program. Sometimes this can be hard because uninstalling this manually requires some skill regarding removing Windows programs manually. 3. Click on the General Tools category

5. All the applications existing on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Google Chrome or simply click the Search field and type in "Google Chrome". If it exists on your system the Google Chrome program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select Google Chrome in the list , some data regarding the program is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding Google Chrome, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Google Chrome.
