How to uninstall Google Chrome from your PC

A way to remove Google Chrome from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Google Chrome is a program marketed by the software company Google MMC. Sometimes, people decide to remove this application. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this by hand requires some experience regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE action to remove Google Chrome is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows PC.

  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Google Chrome or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Google Chrome". The Google Chrome program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Google Chrome in the list of apps, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding Google Chrome, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Google Chrome.

8. After uninstalling Google Chrome, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of Google Chrome which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Google Chrome with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.
