How to erase HDCleaner from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HDCleaner is a program offered by the software company Kurt Zimmermann. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is troublesome because performing this manually takes some experience related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK procedure to uninstall HDCleaner is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your system.

  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature

5. All the programs installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find HDCleaner or simply click the Search field and type in "HDCleaner". If it is installed on your PC the HDCleaner app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click HDCleaner in the list , the following data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding HDCleaner, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove HDCleaner.

8. After removing HDCleaner, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong HDCleaner which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing HDCleaner using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
