A way to delete HP Support Assistant from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HP Support Assistant is an application by the software company Hewlett-Packard Company. Frequently, users want to remove this program. This is difficult because uninstalling this manually requires some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best QUICK way to remove HP Support Assistant is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:

1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows PC.

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find HP Support Assistant or simply activate the Search feature and type in "HP Support Assistant". The HP Support Assistant application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select HP Support Assistant in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding HP Support Assistant, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
Details regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove HP Support Assistant.

8. After removing HP Support Assistant, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong HP Support Assistant that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing HP Support Assistant with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
