How to delete HP Utility from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

HP Utility is an application offered by Hewlett-Packard. Sometimes, computer users decide to remove this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because uninstalling this manually takes some know-how regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE manner to remove HP Utility is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find HP Utility or simply activate the Search feature and type in "HP Utility". If it is installed on your PC the HP Utility application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select HP Utility in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding HP Utility, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall HP Utility.

8. After uninstalling HP Utility, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of HP Utility which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling HP Utility using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
