You can uninstall Help Desk by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program. Note that you might receive a notification for admin rights. Help Desk's primary file takes about 48.59 KB (49760 bytes) and is named CemAutoEnrollHelper.exe.

How to erase Help Desk from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO
Help Desk is a program released by Delivered by Citrix. Sometimes, users try to erase this application. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:

- download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
- set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools category
4. Press the Uninstall Programs button
5. All the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you
6. Scroll the list of applications until you find Help Desk or simply activate the Search field and type in "Help Desk". The Help Desk program will be found very quickly. After you click Help Desk in the list of apps, the following information about the program is shown to you:
- Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Help Desk, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
- Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
- Details about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Help Desk.
8. After uninstalling Help Desk, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong Help Desk which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Help Desk using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
