Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{91DE1A85-7350-458A-B674-D7C8F3476299}

Open regedit.exe in order to delete the following registry values:

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\DetectionManager\ImagePath

A way to erase IDS from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IDS is an application offered by the software company Ford Motor Company. Some people decide to remove this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because deleting this by hand requires some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE practice to remove IDS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate IDS or simply activate the Search feature and type in "IDS". The IDS app will be found very quickly. When you select IDS in the list , the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding IDS, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall IDS.


8. After uninstalling IDS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong IDS that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing IDS with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
