Numerous files, folders and Windows registry entries will not be uninstalled when you want to remove IDS from your PC.

Directories that were left behind:

The files below were left behind on your disk by IDS's application uninstaller when you removed it:

You will find in the Windows Registry that the following keys will not be uninstalled; remove them one by one using regedit.exe:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{00854A53-BEA8-4AA4-904F-69FEF0EAF55D}
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{0629A3E5-3416-4EBA-BF3F-829E2CDA01D1}

Open regedit.exe in order to remove the following registry values:

• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{01354AF0-7C75-42BE-8333-F961EE340861}\InprocServer32\
• HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{04B834BE-E050-41A5-8F57-EFA2C28FC61D}\InprocServer32\

A way to erase IDS from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

IDS is an application released by Ford Motor Company. Sometimes, users choose to erase this application. Sometimes this can be difficult because removing this manually requires some skill regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK way to erase IDS is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate IDS or simply activate the Search feature and type in "IDS". If it exists on your system the IDS program will be found automatically. When you select IDS in the list of programs, the following information about the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about IDS, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove IDS.


8. After uninstalling IDS, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of IDS that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing IDS using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
