A way to uninstall IE from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find IE or simply activate the Search field and type in "IE". If it exists on your system the IE app will be found automatically. After you select IE in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding IE, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the program you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove IE.

8. After uninstalling IE, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of IE that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
