A guide to uninstall ILC from your PC

Keep in mind that this path can differ depending on the user's decision. The full uninstall command line for ILC is C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{CA96F3A1-F350-11D3-B354-002035C150E4}\setup.exe. ikeycmd.exe is the programs's main file and it takes circa 34.76 KB (35592 bytes) on disk.

A way to uninstall ILC from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

ILC is a program offered by the software company IBM. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is difficult because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY procedure to uninstall ILC is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find ILC or simply activate the Search feature and type in "ILC". If it exists on your system the ILC application will be found automatically. When you select ILC in the list , the following information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding ILC, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for ILC:

• The software company is: www.ibm.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{CA96F3A1-F350-11D3-B354-002035C150E4}\setup.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall ILC.


8. After removing ILC, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong ILC that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling ILC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
