A guide to uninstall JT2Go from your PC

This web page contains detailed information on how to remove JT2Go for Windows. It was developed for Windows by Siemens PLM Software. Take a look here for more info on Siemens PLM Software. Please follow http://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/products/teamcenter/index.shtml if you want to read more on JT2Go on Siemens PLM Software's web page. Usually the JT2Go application is installed in the C:\Program Files\Siemens\JT2Go directory, depending on the user's option during setup. The entire uninstall command line for JT2Go is MsiExec.exe /I{0F699E45-9210-4325-A357-A02A042485AF}. JT2Go's primary file takes around 217.50 KB (222720 bytes) and is called VisCustomize.exe.

The following executables are incorporated in JT2Go. They occupy 5.10 MB (5344768 bytes) on disk.

How to erase JT2Go from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

JT2Go is a program offered by Siemens PLM Software. Frequently, computer users try to erase it. Sometimes this is hard because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK way to erase JT2Go is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good program.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate JT2Go or simply click the Search feature and type in "JT2Go". If it is installed on your PC the JT2Go application will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select JT2Go in the list of apps, the following data about the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about JT2Go, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The uninstall string is: MsiExec.exe /I{0F699E45-9210-4325-A357-A02A042485AF}

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall JT2Go.


8. After uninstalling JT2Go, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong JT2Go that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing JT2Go using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
